Scott Schreer is one of America’s most performed TV composers and producers today. His music can be heard every ten seconds around the
world. Having earned six Emmy nominations, he is the driving creative force behind much of today’s most recognizable music on television.
A seasoned music technology and production company executive, his experience extends beyond the studio. Schreer is a highly successful
entrepreneur & innovator with a vast network of professional connections in the television broadcast and music industries. The genesis for the
development of TuneSat grew out of Scott’s interest in solving the age-old problem of getting composers paid for the use of their music on
television.

Chris Woods, Executive Vice President
Executive Vice President, Chris Woods, has an extensive background in the music business and sound processing technologies. He has been
instrumental in building TuneSat’s technological portfolio, including the surveying and acquisition of audio fingerprinting technologies and the
development of a Music Management software and Cue Sheet Application which is used by NBC and FOX. His knowledge of practical music
royalty collection issues positions him as a leader in the development of TuneSat.

Sylvain Demongeot, CTO
Sylvain Demongeot is a talented innovator, engineer, software developer and entrepreneur. He created the world renowned software Data
Rescue and Ask the DJ, as well as Tunatic, the consumer-oriented precursor of TuneSat’s technology. Sylvain first acquired experience with
broadcast industry technologies while working in R&D at various companies. As a software consultant he has worked for data storage industry Â
leaders such as LaCie, Archos, and PikaOne. Sylvain's innovative spirit, technical expertise and knowledge of audio technologies and the TV Â
broadcasting industry make him a core asset to the TuneSat team.

John Morea, CIO
John Morea has over 20 years of experience in the IT arena, starting as a Sr. Systems Analyst and Sr. Developer for New York Telephone.
Moving through management, John left New York Telephone that ultimately became Verizon through acquisitions and mergers to become the
Director of Operations for Broadview Networks for 6 years. John then took a position with EDS/TMNG project managing large scale projects in the
U.S. before moving on to become the Executive Director of Process Engineering and Business Development for Collaborative Consulting Service,
Inc. As CIO of TuneSat, John is responsible for the Company’s software and IT infrastructure. In this role, he is responsible for the
architecture, technology, standards and evolution plans for the company’s information systems.

Matthew Fish, CFO
Matthew has over 15 years of experience in the financial services and business consulting industries. Matthew began his career at Accenture,
where he spent 7 years performing business process reengineering, systems integration, and strategic services across multiple industries.
Some of his clients included the New York State Department of Social Services, M&M Mars, Canon, Credit Suisse, NASDAQ, Verizon (NYNEX) and the
Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services. Matthew then moved to the financial services sector, where he managed all business
and financial aspects of large technology and operations groups in the $100mm-$150mm range, consisting of 250-350 staff. His roles
included: CFO for JP Morgan Global Equities, Americas Head of Business Management for Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management, and most
recently, Chief of Staff for Goldman Sachs Global Sales.

Hunter Murtaugh, SVP Business Development
Hunter Murtaugh has over two decades of experience in the music industry and his knowledge and experience in the business is both on the creative
as well as the business side of music. Mr. Murtaugh has previously worked as Head of Music at Paramount Pictures, as Music Director for Young & Rubicam,
and as Creative Director for Strategic Marketing at EMI Music Publishing before joining the TuneSat team in 2008. Since joining TuneSat, Mr. Murtaugh
has made it a priority to build strong personal relationships with music publishers, Television Networks, content owners and creators, music production
companies, as well as with composers and musicians.  Working towards providing composers, songwriters and performers the best environment for
successfully incorporating their music in the Film, Television and advertising sphere, Mr. Murtaugh has proven himself to be an indispensable
part of the TuneSat team.

Melissa Goodman, V.P. Business Development
Melissa Goodman has been involved with the music business in NYC for the last decade. Â Melissa graduated from Indiana University, home of
one of the most prestigious music programs in the country, where she surrounded herself by musical talent and learned from some of the best
educators in the country.  She has an extensive background in Business Development, Music Production, Advertising, Artist Management and
Fundraising. She has also played a large role in the success and expansion of several well known NYC based music production companies.
Melissa's unique ability to understand the needs of each client, combined with her straightforward and friendly interaction with
customers, have been a major attribute of her continued growth and career success.  Melissa joined TuneSat as VP of Sales and
New Business Development in March 2009. Â
